Who you are dealing with
The programme is made and run by Creatives & Solutions, Terralaan 44, 6515 DS Nijmegen, The Netherlands, trading as UNFOGGED.
Who sells you the payment
Stripe is the merchant of record. That means your payment contract is with them, their terms apply to the transaction and the invoice comes from them. The programme itself, and everything in it, is ours. Both of those are true at once and it is worth knowing which is which if you ever need to chase something.
What you get
A one time payment buys the product you chose, for as long as it exists. The Focus Reset Guide is the eight day Detox, self guided. The Deep Reset · Complete is the full programme on a timeline built from your own answers. The Deep Reset · Premium is everything in Complete plus The Hold and a year of updates. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
What this is not
This is not medical care, therapy, or treatment for an addiction or a mental health condition, and it is not a substitute for any of those. If something in your life needs a clinician, please see one, and keep them in the loop if you do this alongside their advice.
What we ask of you
The programme is for you. Do not share your access, resell it, or republish the lessons. If you want to quote a piece of it somewhere, ask, and the answer will usually be yes.
If we change something
We improve the programme as we go, and buyers get those improvements. If we ever have to stop selling it, everyone who bought it keeps their access for the period their product promised.
Which law applies
Dutch law, and consumer rights you have where you live are not taken away by anything on this page.
