Who is responsible

What we collect
Your email address, so we can give you access and send the programme mails you signed up for. Your assessment answers, because they are what your plan is built from. Your daily check-in numbers and the day reviews you write. Ordinary technical data that any website receives, such as your browser type and rough location from your address.
About the day reviews specifically
The reviews are personal writing, and they are treated that way. They are yours. They are never read for marketing, never quoted anywhere, never used to build a profile of you, and never shared with anybody. If we ever want to publish anything that came from a customer, we ask that customer first, by name, and a no is a no.
Where it lives
Right now your check-ins and reviews are stored in your own browser and never leave your device. When accounts arrive they move to a database in the European Union, and this page changes on the day that happens rather than afterwards.
Who else touches it
Stripe processes payments and, as merchant of record, is the seller for the transaction. Vercel hosts the site. If you join a mailing list, an email provider stores your address for that purpose. Nobody else, and none of them get your reviews.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers that follow you around other sites. We do not buy email lists and we do not add you to one you did not ask for.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we do it. Write to support@joinunfogged.com. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority if you think we have handled something badly.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account with us, and for as long afterwards as the tax rules require us to keep the record of a sale. Delete your account and the reviews go with it.
